Welcome to Burger e Sfizi

Burger e Sfizi is Luca Santoro’s Burger adventure! the same authors of Pasta e Sfizi and Pizza e Sfizi.

Burger e Sfizi makes its own bread on a daily basis, the cows are grown up in mountains, with extreme care, then the meat is matured three weeks on the bone, producing a tasty and tender meat. Our Burgers are then formed with selected cuts of pure meat, no tendons or connective parts.

Currently Burger e Sfizi has not fix premises, we are hosted on saturday at lunch at Pasta e Sfizi in Lausanne in an recurring appointment called “The Meating” or we participate in open air fiery like “Les Tables Longues
